I've always had great luck with the call center in Tempe, AZ. Every time I've called they employees have been able to help with the issue. Once when I called I got the SC call center, the woman answered, "Chairman's..." and I said, "sorry I was trying to reach the gold line," and the call declined from there.

I didn't realize there was a call center in Phoenix. Years ago, HP actually still did in-person ticketing servicing (maybe they still do), and the center was near Elliot/Hardy in Tempe.
