The CSR
did make sure I get mileage for the trip, if not 100% Q points, so I'm not panicking.
I pointed out the distinction between domestic Q fares and Q fares originating in Europe, but the CSR did not recognize the difference. She did put me on hold for several minutes to confer with a colleague. Dare we hope that this was just one individual's misconception?
