Lol - I'm inclined to agree -

Pros- None. Although some might cite AVOD, for me this is a nonfactor. Flying out of MSP or DTW most flights are not too long.

Thus far I see zero difference in crew service attitude

Cons-
Skypesos miles devaluation
Lack of a well-functioning award booking engine
Lack of a well-functioning website
Saab 340 elimination/reduction
Disservice to small communities - EAS
ATL
Poor elite phone line
DAL attitude towards winter weather waivers
Lost CO as partner
Lost A330s
