That might have been intended tongue-in-cheek, but it's largely true.

It was predicted (several times even by myself) that things would settle down over time as people adjusted or moved on. America's most complained-about airline will continue to stumble onwards, and so do we.

A couple years ago I suggested that the resulting forum would be a synthesis of the two groups. You wouldn't believe the vituperous reaction I got from certain members of the unofficial Delta Fan Club. They are largely absent today, and the synthesis happened.
