Well, TSA is all haywire and abysmal in every single terminal... I think T3 has it worst, they force you to walk around the escalator the minute you reach the top of the escalator to get into the security line... Oh and don't get me started about the TSA set-up in T4... A few years ago in terminal 1 [WN/US] there was a plastic compartment where they would fill people in and close it once it is full... Then when the queue upstairs clears up they would open the compartment and people would all storm upstairs at the same time just like what farmers do with cattles. Once the compartment empties, they would close the wall that leads to the checkpoint and open the opposite wall to fill up the comparment again. Eventually, they finally got rid of the compartment...

IIRC, they are all managed by LAX Aviation or something... The people that wear the ugly maroon suits.
