I would not dare to expect the OP of this thread, who is so kind to share this information 27 months ago in June 2008 would take up the burden to continuously update the thread as time goes by. I know if I were the OP I wouldn't - it is up to the users of such information to learn and to keep himself abreast if he wants to be in the game.
