Recently I traveled DFW/LGW/DFW.

I upgraded to BC with miles on DFW-LGW.

I was unable to upgrade LGW-DFW (traveled coach).

I am Platinum. I got 4 eletronic upgrades total. This seems low. Is this right? How do you calculate eletronic upgrades that should be earned?
