My vague recollection (and it is very sketchy) which dates back to the time FlyBe took over the BA Connect routes was the luggage allowance for BA codeshares matched that of FlyBe's own Economy Plus fares. I never did get a chance to put it into practice as most of the Edinburgh routes either got axed or the codeshares fizzled out shortly after the take over.
