Don't panic over hyphen. I have one in my surname and between various airlines, CMT, FFPs... it comes out as any of the following combinations:

SURNAME1-SURNAME2
Surname1surname2
SURNAME1 SURNAME2

AF/KL have my profile and FB card as the second one...
