Mrs B and I went 8 years ago and spent 7 nights. I found www.discoverhongkong.com a very helpful resource in planning the trip. I also called the Hong Kong Tourist Board office in Los Angeles and two days later I received a large package of brochures in the mail.

The web site has great suggestions for touring. I recommend doing at least one day trip to outlying islands.
