Just sent a PM to Gold Passport Concierge asking about point credit for a recent 5 night stay in Orange County. I just could not reconcile the base points that posted for the stay with my bill. Within 9 minutes of my PM they had adjusted my account (picked up a couple hundred more points that were due) and sent me a return PM noting the corrections. Pretty happy with that.
