I think Sheraton is a good choice, although W has amazing reviews in Trip Advisor forum. I am not familiar with ICH FF, but I will research this issue.
We will probably do Macau as a day trip as well.
Have you thought about shenzhen? I am getting mixed advice on that, especially given that visa is expensive.
