Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Yes. Average, as normal. Was in Amex lounge before, went downhill so made my way over to the MLL.
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes, no. Scrum of elderly, children, and E/SE/J

Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? no to newspapers, yes to menus. Order taken in the air, by status.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes

How was the quality of all the meals? Dessert and salad underwhelming, main average.

Other than the scrum in boarding, a fine flight. Crew was friendly and upbeat.

Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Yes. Better than I remember. Ample reading material.

Were the crew professional & well groomed? Initially. When a deadheading pilot came on, most all conversation was directed to him for the duration of the flight.

How was the quality of the meal/Onboard cafe? the corn chips and Diet Coke were fine, I guess.

While the FA was friendly initially, once the deadheading pilot came on board, they did not stop their conversation -- including the safety demo, take off, service, landing, taxi, etc...

Overall experience/any other comments- Deadheading crew took 80% of all overhead bins, leaving other passengers to move items to Y bins.
- Lead was not interested in helping passengers find space.
- Lead was mostly interested in getting trough cabin as fast as possible, so she could sit down.
- Deadheading crew pushed themselves off the plane at landing to speed home.
Quite the different flight than my outbound.
