Is there any way I can book these flights online under the same PNR or do I have to book separately and then call DL to join the inbound (LGA-DTW) segment.

My goal is to score a (longshot) companion upgrade on the LGA-DTW leg.
I could be wrong, but I think you have to wait until 10/23 (once the first segment is done) to call DL.


Of course you could book one-ways, but not sure what the fare breakdown is in those markets
