I maxed out on my last stay, August 20-22, my thirteenth within the promotion period. I changed back to points after that last (twelfth) 5000-mile bonus posted to my Delta account. In total, I earned close to 70,000 miles from Marriott. Those miles are worth far more than the Marriott points I would have earned during the same period. This was a really great promotion.
