I was recently on a PIT-PHX flight that left PIT at 8:45pm, and there was a meal service. After that I was on the 8:30pm PHL-PHX, and no meal was served. I've noticed that this is another one of those inconsistencies at US. Sometimes you get a meal, sometimes snack baskets.
