They told me already that they can not change the ticket since if they cxl and try to rebook it. Most likely they will lose my seat. I booked this first class award back in November last year. They are very hard to get. Plus i am traveling with my mom(she does not have a middle name).
They until this day are under the impression that no middle name is required and have not been notified of such rule.
Even though they know about my middle name at time of booking they wont take any responsability. They said that is not their fault that partner airlines or TSA change the rules without warning.
