Looking at some of my past e-tix, my middle name is not present -- at least according to checkmytrip.
I have never traveled with my middle name in the past. But Lufthansa was telling me that after Nov 1st they will enforece the middle name thing.
They could not tell me about my return to the US early November.
My outbound flight is in October and i should be fine. My transatlantic segments are with Lufhtansa. My domestic segments in the US are with UA.
UA told me that they do not have a problem with no middle name as long as they have the middle name in a separate area where the passport, birthdate, etc is. The info they send to customs and immigration beforehand.
Just called Lufhtansa again and a different representative told me that i was going to be ok .
But i do not like beeing told two different things within 2 hours!!
Any recent experiencies with this scenario?
Thanks again
