I'm traveling to HKG this fall as well. I also am using SPG and have decided on the Sheraton based on all my research. It seems the W is not a very convenient area for tourist but this opinion has been debated by some. I would have done the Cyberport but Cash and Miles were not available. I don't want to spend 10k a night to be inconvenienced by this location too. With all this said we are going the safe route and spending 12k a night at the Sheraton for 4 nights. The last 3 nights we decided to do the ICH FF rate for the Crown Plaza on HKG Island. However all this can change if some great fall promotions come out soon.

As far as Macau we were heavily considering the Westin, but we decided to make it a day trip.
