My July points haven't posted, but my August ones have.
I mentioned it to CS rep a few days ago when they rang me about another matter, and she said she would send an email to chase them up. I will let you know the outcome.
On a side issue - the phone call was about a fraudulent use of my card in Lithuania. I was told my cards had to be cancelled. I asked for the replacements to be rushed out, as I go away soon. The call was on Tuesday afternoon, and my new cards arrived Friday morning - that is what i call service. ^
