I have purchased from them. Fares are mileage eligible. They gave me the hardest time about proving I was a student. Apparently they request you sign up with .edu email which I did, but they weren't satisfied. After calling in and corresponding while on the phone, they were sufficiently convinced.

Here's the kicker: Only once have they had a better fare than I was able to get elsewhere and that was a NW flight FRA at the end of last summer for 450$us.

Oh, and be warned that only the student/faculty member purchasing can fly onthat fare, e.g., only your wife can get that ticket if she is faculty and you are not.
