Q connecting baggage within EU

Can someone help me decipher what FB says...

Based on this: http://corporate.klm.com/en/newsroom...entire-network

It means that I may be able to carry 3+1 bags if I fly Business Class and am a Silver Elite member.

But what if my flight is say, from Oslo - x/Amsterdam-Vancouver? Oslo-AMS only has one class of service, in economy. But AMS-YVR in Business. I take it that the longest sectors' baggage allowance will apply then.

...

And on routes that allow 2 pieces of bags... how would this apply?

ie from CAI-AMS-YVR..? In Business Class, based on what website says:
You may also bring 2 pieces of check-in baggage on flights between the United States or Canada and the following destinations in Africa and the Middle East: Bahrain, Botswana, Egypt (Cairo)...
Re: http://www.klm.com/travel/my_en/prep...ance/index.htm

Does that mean I can bring an extra piece or 2 when travelling to/from those places?

Thank you!
