Context will help a lot. If I were to guess, it could mean:
  1. In the context of airfares, two fares combined in one itinerary, with each fare from same airline or different airlines.
  2. In the context of local transport, it could mean an integrated fare using different modes of transport, such as metro and bus.
Other than these, it's anybody's guess.
