I couldn't agree more. I fly BA from LHR-CPT twice a year, and I am going to seriously look at the SAA flights from JFK from here on. 25% elite credit for 24,000 miles in the air at well over $1000/ticket is ridiculous.
Maybe BA should just say f*ck it and turn their airline into a reincarnation of MGM Air then the surly *******s wouldn't have to dirty their hands with us little people in the future. Oh BTW, MGM Airways went broke!
