YOU are who is stopping Air Canada from moving from good airline, to great airline.
How exactly does it feel to come home from work knowing that your contribution to the success of the company was to piss off a few of its best customers and cause the airline to have to give out compensation for bad treatment? Seriously, those customers pay your salary; if you really don't care about them, go join the BA union or something.
