Sue? Some companies become so arrogant that it is almost worthless to have any reasonalbe argument with them. If common sense doesnt work, let's bring 'em to court.
UA arrogance was a primary reason I havent crossed their' airplane threshold this year - I was 1K 4 years in a row, will become a general member this year, will have 5 SWUs expiring without use but enough is enough. My most frequent route - LHR-SFO is now served by LX (with unfortunate connection but I can suffer that much).
