Unfortunately, the Volvos moved from Premium into the Prestige Collection category effective May 1st. Hertz agents were specifically told that upgrades into Prestige were not possible. You pay the $79 rate (less any Aeroplan discounts) or no car. There has quite a few times when there are Prestige Collection vehicles just sitting there as I drive away in a Malibu!
