I don't have a crystal ball either but go for K.

As you're coming from LAX the odds very much favour an arrival from the north. On the K side you will either see the western isles, the Galloway coast, lake district, snowdonia from a distance, Birmingham, Oxford and the chilterns. Or the Donegal coast, central Ireland, north Wales coast and repeat as above from snowdonia onwards. From NW London on you'll either get great views of London for the entire approach if it's westerly. If easterly its more views if the chilterns and although you MAY miss Windsor castle there's still plenty to look at on the right and only Slough on the left.
