99% of my flights I don't take the kippie bag out. The only airports to consistently "require" it are SEA and PHX. PHX is about a 70%, and I just got sick of doing the whole song and dance with the TSOs, and SEA is 100%. I mentioned this to the TSO last night in SEA, his response was: "Well, you should feel extra safe flying here."

I couldn't stop laughing.
