Very happy to report that I received a phone call from Elaine Powell, GM.
She apologized for the mishap. And while the device was in their possession, unfortunately one of the employees must have taken it. And she'll be sorting that out.
But she very graciously is giving me an Apple gift card for the replacement value of my iPod touch. Wow!
It's my fault for not synching recently, so I will lose some of my recent iTunes purchases... but I sincerely appreciate the phone call from her, and the end result.
So unless anything different occurs, I am very pleased with the end result, courtesy and service by the GM. Yessssss..... (now I can stay there when I go back to B-ham.)
