Yes, I know the name of the "Aloha attendant" I spoke with. I also have the name of the L&F Manager I spoke with, and also the person that the Plat Concierge spoke with.

I'll just patiently wait my 24 hours... and hope for the best!

But dangit... I liked using the SPG app on my iPod.
