BA and CX are in T7 while AA is in T8, so you probably can't physically enter AA's Flagship Lounge if you are departing on a CX or BA FLT. Nonetheless, if you are qualified to enter BA's F Lounge, you should be entitled to use AA's Flagship Lounge as well, theoretically...
