Question Summarise BA in one word
Have just been booking flights on BA.com and was asked to complete a quick survey.

Amongst all the questions about the website and ease of use, was this (the actual phrasing may be slightly different).

"In one word, how would you summarise the British Airways brand?"


I put "Declining"

What would you have put?
