Reservations I book through my agent (AMEX) are accessable on AA.com by using my record locator, but there's a catch -- you can't use your agent's record locator; there is a separate, six-character R/L for AA. It should be in your itinerary as a confirmation/locator field (something like "TUFFLR", I think). Put that in and see what happens.

Amex gave me their rec locator, one for AA, and one for American Connection. None of it seems to work. I'll try playing around with my name.
