Reservations I book through my agent (AMEX) are accessable on AA.com by using my record locator, but there's a catch -- you can't use your agent's record locator; there is a separate, six-character R/L for AA. It should be in your itinerary as a confirmation/locator field (something like "TUFFLR", I think). Put that in and see what happens.
