Is anyone else surprised at the lack of electrical outlets at most airports? ORD is terrible, particularly in the United concourses. I politely commented on the lack of outlets to a United employee who simply blamed Cook County, as they run the airport. I really appreciate how Southwest makes an effort to make power more available to their passengers at their gates, apparently on their own dime.

Any new airport construction or renovation that doesn't keep this factor in mind is extremely shortsighted and ignorant of consumer needs.
