i know that, i have even been to drappier on my travels in and around troyes, however, they do not serve it as you board - tis a really pitty IMO since it is great stuff... AC serves some sort of spanish sparkler for pre-departure and then opens bubbles in the air only..

i checked back on some other notes and it would appear they were serving Segura Viudas cava on boarding in the past. not sure if that was what it was this time as i was too far back to get a good look at the bottle.
