You could always try:
1) If you know someone in YVR they could get you a PO Box you could ship to. Even if it is too big, there ought be some provision for receiving the package. Check mailposte.ca for information.

2) I don't if General Delivery is still available but that might be another option.

If you don't where you will be living try one downtown or fairly central to cover you bases.
