First off this place is amazing and the service is awesome.

Had a cabana reserved for a couple of hours to shower and get cleaned up. Very Private and quiet.

Just finished lunch in the Dinning room, great service, and good food.

Love this lounge, it's now second on the list of International Lounges with Sydney's Qantas First Class Lounge still number one. The spa in the Qantas First Class Lounge with the free spa treatments keeps it at number one on my list.

Admirals Clubs and Flagship Lounges really don't even compare.

When traveling through Heathrow definitely visit the Concorde Lounge if traveling First Class on BA.
You can access the Elmis spa in the BA lounge complex at T5. Go for a treatment before your flight.
