I did one of these a year ago, I think it was. I can't say what it was about; that's part of the deal.

I can say, though, that it's done in a very professional fashion (note: in my former life, I was a software quality professional, so we're dealing with my field here). They show you something, you say what you like and don't like about it, and they observe you during the process. Pretty simple.
