Both Westin and Hilton are close to Osaka's main center - Umeda. However, Hilton is better located IMHO. Just across the street from Osaka Station. (Westin is a hike or a shuttle bus ride away).

Hyatt regency Osaka is way off in the docklands. I don't recommend it unless you have some reason to be there.
I agree for the reasons stated. It's super easy to walk from the Hilton to the train station. That's important, because Osaka is a great base for heading to a lot of places within an easy train ride for day sightseeing. The Westin requires a shuttle each time you want to go somewhere. The Hyatt is remote. I think that the location is suited for visiting Universal Studios Japan, but not much else.

The Osaka Hilton has a very nice club lounge. You need to wear shoes with backs. As a woman, I have a lot of summer shoes that don't have backs. I was busted on trying to wear a pair in the lounge. The Osaka Hyatt has a small lounge with minimal food offerings. The Hilton is also on top of a shopping area where you can find a number of restaurants.
