I was planning on signing up for a Citi debit card to get miles, this one:

But then I discovered I still have my old maiden name on the bank account, while my FF cards has my new married name on them..

Will this cause any problems, as in not getting miles if the names do not match up?

My chase bank have my old name, while my FF card have my new name.

I know I can go to the bank and get that changed but if I still get the miles without having to go to the bank, that would be better..
