Hi, figured that many United folks fly from SFO.

I have a flight on Friday, leaving from the International Terminal. I would like to figure out a way for MrKS and babyKS to go through security with me, so I can nurse before leaving.

Other than buying a refundable ticket (we're a bit leery of how that works, having never done it before)... any suggestions? Does SFO have a place that we could get a pass of some sort that would give us access to the lounge without having a ticket?
