Should be fine, assuming everything is on time. You're very likely to have the connecting flight to EWR delayed if there is bad weather in EWR, so that could give you even more of a cushion.
In my experience, Logan is not a very delay prone airport, but conditions in other cities create delays that have a ripple effect. That being said, I would never book an itinerary like this for myself.
