My 2 cents worth . . . My personal opinions / views, which are brutally honest are from MY personal perspective - ONLY - and may or may not represent anyone else. . .

Thursday night - A light get together Thursday night would be fine as long as I can get to the regular Thursday nite underwear party at the Powerhouse. I'd commit to go til about 10ish if a handful of others willl be there too!

Friday night - Dinner* - I will confirm to go at this time. Glad to do PayPal if you need to.

Saturday night - Dinner* - Will not attend - as the menu sounds a little too poofy and expensive for my taste.

Sunday - 5PM? Really? I know I'll be at the fair til the brutal end at 6:00 and hopefully finding some after parties to go to. A few years ago, I heard about a party sponsored by a movie studio at RawHide with a specialized "theme" that turned out to be interesting and would LUV to find similar parties again this year. RawHide seems to have been closed now for a while. If I only knew how to find these "funnnn" parties!! Guyz, please feel free to PM me if you have any info!

Informal Starbucks meetings - DEFINITELY!! I just don't want to commit to a cup of coffee as I never know where my shopping will take me or what time I'll wake up from a late night out! I'll do my best to drop in.

* I go to San Fran a lot! Just there last weekend. There 2 months ago. Again for the fair in a month. While I certainly realize that San Francisco has WAY more to offer than just the Castro, and I certainly don't hang out there, the locations of the restaurants are in parts of town that I don't normally frequent, a little too touristy for my taste, so the Friday night DO will be a nice change for me. Maybe others who don't get to SF nearly as often as I do will enjoy that area.

I really don't want to have a rigid, scheduled trip with a commitment every single day! I'd luv LUV to meet y'all (youins in Pittsburghese!), I just want some freedom and flexibility for other "funnnnnn stuff"!!

As to your wondering why you've only received a few confirmations to your events - - Have you figured out how many FT'ers will actually be there???

OP, pleeeeeez don't hate me if I was too honest about any of this stuff!
