Hi, new to posting at FlyerTalk but have been a longtime lurker. I've finally gotten to booking my first trip to Japan and need some advice as to where to stay in Osaka. Did a quick search w/o much luck, so I apologize if this has been covered.

I have planned for a 2 night stay in Osaka. I'm Diamond w/both Hilton & Hyatt, but don't have any sort of elite status w/Starwood. Out of the 3, which would you recommend staying in?

Additionally, I have enough points to cover the nights @ Hilton & Hyatt, but is it worth it to even use my points (8k/night & 35k/night respectively) for these properties in Osaka? From what I've read, none of the hotels really stand out. Should I just pay for the hotels since they're not too pricey anyway?
