Knowing the visitors from the lower level of Hades, they probably stayed at the Ritz-Carlton on M Street or the Four Seasons, also on M Street.

But, as promised, both reports were ready by 6AM, and realizing that I have around 2.5 hours to kill, I made the trek to the WH, which was quite filling (more so than Ihop). On the way back from the WH, I made a stop at Costco as well as the liquor store in Rosslyn to stock up on beverages.

Now that the minions from the 2nd level of Hades have been satisfied, I can actually get back to work. But, if they decide to return, I told the receptionist to tell them that they are not wanted and to go away.

Halfway through today's meetings, I got an email from the remainder of my staff in La Paz who went ahead and coordinated a meeting with government officials. Therefore, I have the department travel coordinator actively looking for Sky Team flights from WAS/PVD to LPB. Unfortunately, it seems that my voyage will most likely be on AA or LAN (Chile or Peru).
