Yes, Aerosur is definitely a Bolivian airline, on which I've flown. They compete with Lloyd Aereo Boliviano on the heavily traveled LPB-CBB, LPB-VVI and CBB-VVI routes within Bolivia. On occasion, you will see one of their planes parked off in the cargo area of MIA airport. I have always assumed it was a plane up here for heavy maintenance or being converted to cargo use. I don't believe they fly any international routes outside of Bolivia. IMHO, not the type of airline that AA would want to get in bed with.
