Yes but they are probably sold out or a inflated prices. They are officially released in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore in Asia at the moment so if your friend hits Hong Kong he can get an official one at the regular price IF it isn't sold out. The ones on the Mainland are unofficial ones from HK (same thing) but at inflated prices or the US version (less and less since it's officially released in 3 Asian countries so far.)
