I live in San Diego and have opted to travel on AA whenever I go to PHX. Even if it means I have to back track to LAX to do so.

Does this mean that there are no longer any AA partner that flies the route?

Does AA honestly believe that they will remain the # 1 carrier for years to come by alienating West Coast customers?
